Today is my 7th day quit! I am 42 years young, divorced, and I have 2 sons, ages 17 and 14. I am a nurse--go figure, I should know better. I started to smoke only 4 years ago when my marriage started to fall apart. This is my third attempt to quit. I've tried Chantix twice, which made me crazy the second time around--depressed and dark. The first time it worked, and I quit for 3 months. I can't remember what triggered me to smoke again, but here I am again! This time I'm trying Zyban,stop smoking now, NRTs and support from other people. I'm going to do it this time!!! This site looks supportive.
