Congratulations to everyone in this group trying to quit!!!! You've made a giant step in the right direction just by making the effort to quit, you my not suceed the 1st try (I didnt) but with perseverence you will eventually succeed! Studies have shown that nicotine is more addictive than heroine!!,quit smoking, and typically heroine addicts dont have 20+ yr addictions as smokers do, so hang in there, keep trying, come here for help/encouragement, many of us have quit you can too!!!!.
